Stoke-on-Trent Modular
Key Worker Accommodation
A modular-led concept for key worker accommodation, located adjacent to Stoke-on-Trent Hospital, this scheme transforms an existing car park into a layered residential environment.
Seven residential blocks are arranged above a retained parking plinth, creating a structured yet open composition defined by communal gardens and shared spaces. The layout balances density with wellbeing, supporting a strong sense of community.
Driven by volumetric modular construction, the architecture embraces repetition as a tool for clarity, efficiency and quality. A restrained “less is more” approach defines the aesthetic—clean lines, minimal detailing and a consistent architectural language.
Function-led and performance-driven, the scheme delivers simple, sustainable living through precision, standardisation and thoughtful design.
