LoopLiv, Stratford Upon Avon

The groundbreaking LoopLiv co-living concept for the over-50s resulted in an exemplary design for a site in Stratford.

The architectural research focused on balancing functional space planning with a diverse mix of living typologies, while shaping the external form in direct response to planning requirements. The proposal explored how later-life co-living can support independence, social connection and long-term adaptability, delivering a commercially viable and planning-led architectural solution.
