Conceived as a flexible, ever-evolving interior, the space features curated pieces by Chattels that invite curiosity, spark conversation and inspire interior possibilities. Designed as a designer’s playground, it supports a wide range of buyer-centric engagement—from private meetings and presentations to launch events, wine tastings and art-led gatherings.

At its heart, the project celebrates the art of living. Property is positioned not simply as a purchase, but as the beginning of a lifestyle journey, fostering an emotional connection from the outset. Collaborations with Zest Kitchens & Bathrooms, Chanteles and *oH Studio enable clients to engage with creative professionals early, activating the process of making a home truly their own.

A bespoke kitchen concept by Zest, set against a raw, textured backdrop, anchors the space. The deliberate contrast between refinement and imperfection explores the layered nature of home—where old and new coexist, materials carry stories, and design becomes a lived experience.
